Estella Ethel MEREDITH was born July 9, 1884, near the little town of Cincinnati, {Center Township, Greene County,} Indiana, and died at Portland, Oregon, October 17, 1922, aged thirty-eight years, three months and eight days.
She was the daughter of Calvin N. and Margaret MEREDITH.
She was married to Jerry RICHARDSON October 17, 1903. After a short wedded life her husband was killed in a coal mine.
August 22, 1907, she was married to William B. WRIGHT, who was a faithful husband, friend, counselor and loved one until death claimed her.
She leaves with him to mourn her departure four sisters- Mrs. Artincia COLE, Mrs. Bertha RAINGE, Mrs. Goldie SAMPSON and Mrs. Cleda HARRIS, and two brothers-Rolla and Charles E. MEREDITH-all living in the state of Washington. Also a grandmother-Mrs. Clara MEREDITH-of Solsberry, Indiana, besides a number of other relatives and friends.
Her mother and a younger sister, Gertrude, and three little brothers, who died in infancy, preceded her some years ago.
She was a member of the Christian church and a teacher in the Sunday school. It was her delight to teach a class of Sunday school scholars and point them to the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world.
She had the implicit faith in the Christ and exemplified Him in her life. Her glory was in service for others. For this reason, she was always found doing good when she had opportunity.
When an incurable disease fastened itself upon her mortal body she never once murmured nor complained. All that pray and friends could do was done to relieve her sufferings, but all was to no avail.
When she realized that the end was near among her last requests was that she be taken back to the East, and her body placed where she had selected years ago.
Her last husband and her friends promised to carry out this request.
Last Saturday, November 25, a casket containing her mortal body was taken to the home of relatives, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin RAY. Sunday it was taken to the Christian church, and after an appropriate funeral service by the Rev. HOOTMAN, then was taken to the cemetery and her body laid to rest beside her former husband.

Squire MEREDITH, son of N. L. and Catherine MEREDITH, was born in Coshocton County, Ohio, November 10, 1835, and departed this life February 27, 1922; aged eight-six years, three months and seventeen days.
On May 13, 1860, he was married to Clara PURDY. To them were born two children, Calvin L. and Mary. Calvin lives at Pateros, Washington. He was visiting his father at the time of his death. Mary was married, and preceded her father in death, leaving five children to whom Squire and his faithful wife gave a home and a father's and mother's love and care
It was in 1870 that he moved with his family to Indiana. He lived the greater part of his life near Cincinnati, in Greene County.
He was commonly called, "Uncle Squire." He enjoyed his friends in his home, and lived to make those about him happy. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in distress or trouble. He remained active until near the very end. The five children left by his daughter, who died in 1903, were Denver, who died three years ago; Jacob O., now in the Philippines; Mr. R. E. POWER, Chicago; Mrs. Luther WEAVER, Solsberry, and Ruby, at the home near Solsberry.
He leaves to mourn the wife of his youth, one son, eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in the Christian church at Solsberry on Wednesday, March 1, and there the body was laid to rest in its last resting place in the cemetery nearby. "He will rise again in the resurrection of the last day.

Looking for the obituary of Mary (Kelso) Fowler. She died 08 Mar 1910 in Stockton. She was born in Scotland in 1864. Also any information on this family as well. She married James FOWLER 1882 in Scotland. James was born Aug 1856 and I believe died between 1920-1930 but no proof or where he was for sure after 1910. I do have more information on this family if anyone wants to contact me.
Thanks in advance

But her mother was noble-hearted and possessed all the characteristics of true womanhood and motherly devotion.
