Am not researching this line, just trying to be helpful. Jasper N Montgomery married Biddie Michael in Clay county, Ind on 4 Sep 1887, source is book 7, page 23. In the supplemental info he listed his father as Wm and mother as Sarah Hyatt. The supplemental info for her is not listed on line, but am sure that if you could find someone in Clay county to look for you, it would be there. Am going out on a limb and say that the following info, all found in Greene county, pertains to her. In the 1850 census there is a Biddy Sumner living with her parents, George A and Louisa. On 22 Apr 1856 Biddy Summer married Elias Michael on 22 Apr 1856, source is book F, page 181. They are in the 1860 census with the last name misspelled as Mitchell. In 1870 the last name is misspelled as Mical. And of course you have the 1880 census info. Remember we are at the mercy of enumerators and transcribers for the spelling in these old records. Hope this helps. Am assuming you have acces!
s to the census records, if not, let me know and I will get the rest of the info for you. Good luck. Don
