I went to Marion library today. David B. Wherry died in April 1890 of an
accident. He worked for the railroad and fell onto the tracks. Some say it
was suicide. His father was listed as John Wherry on the death record.
David was born in Ohio and he is listed in the 1850 census of Guernsey Co.
Ohio. They were living near the James Boller family. James Boller came to
Grant Co. also. I do not think that David Wherry's wife, Elizabeth Boller
is the daughter of James Boller, but maybe a sister to James. I will
checking with a Boller researcher in NY on that relationship. Elizabeth
Boller Wherry is buried out at the Marion IOOF, but not her husband. The
paper article did not state where he was to be buried.
