Subject: [INDELAWA-L] George Hatfield
A friend of mine in Florida found some type of Military medal at a
swap
meet. It has a picture of Lieutenant George Hatfield who was killed at
Chickmauga. He was from the 84th regiment of Indiana Volunteers. On the
right side of the medal/pendant it says 42nd Annual Reunion 84TH Ind.
Volunteers Muncie IN Sept. 14, 1917.
She would like to give it to the rightful owner. She will go back and buy
it this
Sunday. The seller is holding for her til she finds this family. I
told her to buy it anyway. If anyone knows of this man or his descendants
PLEASE contact me and I will forward her your info. Thanks!!!!!
