Chris,
He could well be buried in the old Phillips Cemetery, either in an unmarked
gave or the stone could be one of those no longer readable or has become
buried just below the surface. When I photographed the stones there
recently I did uncover a few that were just under the surface and it is
quite evident that there are now a large number of unmarked graves.

I don't know his location, but I'm assuming he lived near Hazelton since he
married in Gibson and the Deckers settled along the White River. His father
is buried in Decker Chapel Cemetery and his wife in the old Phillips
Cemetery. I assumed he would be buried in one of those places. I don't even
have his date of death.
