Earnie,
You just might be the answer to my dreams here. I am a Gibson County rooter,
but live all the way in Connecticut. I'm getting a late start on this in my
life, and unfortunately don't know a whole lot about a lot of my family. Most
of the names I am researching are from Gibson County. Mostly the
Princeton/Patoka area...but I'm sure that there might be some scattered
branches.
I did make a one day side trip to Princeton while i was on vacation last
summer, but got totally lost trying to do the cemetery thing. The only one I
didn't get lost in was Oak Hill in Patoka.
I'm sending a list of my Gibson County surnames.
DOSSETT
RANDOLPH
TRUCKEY
WHITE
I do have some information, mostly the living or only recently departed. So if
you know of anything where these names are concerned and need a little more
background, just let me know.
I do know that a lot of my DOSSET and possibly WHITE relatives are in the IOOF
cemetery. I have yet to find any information about the IOOF though, never
heard of them. Do you know anything about it?

Hello,
I just discovered this list this morning, and subscribed. I am researching
these surnames and related families:
BURTON

WOODS (have fairly large list of WOODS Descendants)
I also have information for MARSH CREEK (aka WOODS) and CHAMBERS (ENON

I will assist anyone wanting to locate graves in the 200+ cemeteries
scattered throughout Gibson County. I have a list and maps of almost all.
