Shirley,
I have checked the six cemetery books I have for Gibson County and find the
GILPATRICK name in two of them. In Union Twp., Walnut Hill Cemetery, there
is a Joseph with dates 1882-1948 and the notation (buried Apr 11), which
could be the Joseph you list. Next to him is Clotil (probably his wife)
with dates 1882-1969 (buried Jun22). They are in row 37. In the same
cemetery in row 32 is L. Elda Gilpatrick, 1888-1907, no other notations.
The other cemetery with the GILPATRICK name in it is in Columbia Twp. in
Montgomery cemetery. They are all younger than what you have mentioned.
They are Charles Fredrick, Charles W., Sharon Sue, Jonathan F. and Ruthanna
H. If any of these sound familiar let me know and I can get you the dates.
