Does anyone know who posted the following it seems the email has changed
1. Does anyone have any info on a Scott family from Gibson Co. IN in
the early 1800's who had an Elizabeth (who married Eli Knowles) and a Nancy
(who married Burton Knoles)?
Seems to me that they could be sisters or cousins. I have no other info on
them per se. Nancy was my husband's greatgrandmother.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to find the surname of 5 females that may or may not have been
born in IN. Four lived in Evansville and are listed with Browning, and 4
are buried at Park Lawn in Evansville. Here is what I know:
Margaret C. Broshears-- d. 5/2/1984; b. Oct 30, 1899
Mary Ida Alvis-- d. Apr 13, 1975; b. Nov 10, 1907-- md to Orville Alvis
(this is
the one I am after). Orville was orginally a Rogissard, later
went by his step-fathers surname of Alvis.
Anna Hawes-- d. 11/22/1982; b. Oct 14, 1911
Sarah E. Gates-- d. 5/8/1991; b. Sept 1, 1916
Sue Willis-- may or may not be dead, was living in FL.
How can I find the surname of these females? Would Park Lawn have that
info?
Thanks. Helen Zuber Keusch
