I am trying to run down a family line of Adam Joseph Alles who went to Mt. Vernon. He
had a furniture business there. One of his children was John Felix Alles (b. 1880) who
married Olga Powell (b. abt 1892) in 1914. Olga's lived in Princeton in 1900,
1910. I think Olga belonged to a Dr. D. G. Powell and Mary S. Peed. The DR died in
1894. The 1900 census has Olga living with her widowed mother; 1910 Olga is listed
as a music teacher. Olga had a brother, Ocean, who is on the 1920 census with his wife
and child-- living with his in-laws. In 1920 Olga and John Alles were in Akron, OH.
John died in Akron in 1929. I would like to know more about this line, if there were
children, etc? Can anyone help me? Thanks so much. Helen Zuber Keusch
