Hi Lara,
Couldn't find anything on your ARTERBURN but did find marriage info for an
Arthur and Rebecca Harmon.
Gibson County, Indiana
Index to Marriage Record 1850 - 1920 Inclusive Volume II Letters H to O
Inclusive
W. P. A. Original Record Located: County Clerk's Office Princeton, Ind.
Compiled by Indiana Works Progress Administration 1940
County: Gibson

You should be able to write for a marriage record with the above info, if you
don't have one already.
I also have a book by Carroll and Gloria Cox, Posey Co. local historians,
'Posey County, A Documented History 1815-1890 Vol. II." Looked for your
MADDOX/MADDEX. Couldn't find anything on your Arterburn but did find the info below
that could be his ancestors. Thought it might give you some more clues as to
where to search. There are quite a few Wiley names but, none for Sarah.
This first William is obviously an early settler.
1. William Maddox is listed as one of the men who either served in the War
of 1812 or saw Militia duty during the 1800-1815 period including the Battle of
Tippecanoe. Many of them saw service before coming to Indiana.

4. Joshua Maddox married Patsy Short - Dec. 4, 1816.

3. Under Military Histories: This info taken from some of the officers
reports for the 60th Division Company E:
William H. Maddox was 24 years when he enlisted. Doesn't say what year he
enlisted.
