I've been trying to find out something about the Regular or Primitive
Baptist church which was formerly in Owensville, Indiana, and today I
received from the Library in Princeton, Indiana, some information which
says that a new church building was erected in 1906, at a cost of
$10,000. It also says that the building was sold to the Nazarene church
in 1953, and that they in turn sold it to the Christian Church (Disciples
of Christ) in 1961, and that it is still being used by that church. It
was and is located at the corner of Oak and Brummitt streets in
Owensville.
I wonder if anyone might have a copy of a photo of this building taken
before 1953?
Robert
