Seems like all my families lived near county lines; frustrating because
I have to check neighboring county for leads.
My BROWNs are a good example.... they lived just inside the Pulaski Co
line and only 1/2 mile away from Fulton Co. They were also only five
miles from Cass Co. and not much further from White Co.
Back in the timeframe I'm looking at, 1860-1920, folks often married
someone from the immediate area. Possibly there's someone reading this
email who has a relative that hooked up with a BROWN in the above given
locality. If so, I'd love to compare notes; might be we have some folks
in common!
Surnames of my BROWN in-laws were RAY, TORRENCE, BRUNK, BENEFIELD,
GRAHAM, HOTT, ENYART, LeFEVER, LIMING, and JONES.
Descendants (cousins) are named: BARKER, BAUGHMAN, BROWN, HARRISON,
JONES, HOUSE, HUDKINS, LIMING, MOORE, TORRENCE, and VERNON, to name a few.
Anyone out there?
