Hospital Notes
CHILD IS BADLY INJURED
Daughter of ROBERT BAKER Falls from Porch -
BARBARA, three year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. ROBERT BAKER, fell while
playing on the front porch of the house on Pontiac Street., Saturday morning,
suffering a severe concussion of the brain. The child was unconscious for
several hours, but came to in the afternoon and is thot to be on the road to
recovery.#
LLOYD TILLETT, son of Mr. and Mrs. JOHN TILLETT, of Macy, Friday underwent a
successful operation of appendicitis at the hospital here.#
Mrs. JACOB FOGLE, who underwent an operation for goiter last Tuesday, was
dismissed from the hospital Saturday.#
Mrs. JOHN BRYANT is recovering from a major operation.#
Miss ESTHER, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. LONG, of near Mentone was
operated upon Friday for appendicitis. She is recovering#

BITTEN BY SNAKE
Mrs. CHRIS CROSS, wife of a farmer near Bremen, is suffering from a sore arm
and shoulder resulting from a snake bite which she received while looking for
eggs. She thrust her hand into a nest in a manger and was bitten, the snake
clinging to her finger while she ran from the barn.###

S.P. BAILEY has filed a suite to foreclose lien against CURTIS and ELLA
CROUSSORE.
The First National Bank of Ambia has filed a suit on note against CHAS. B.
HIATT.
Miss ROSE WILE has filed suit on note against L. E. CAMPBELL and EDWARD
WENTZEL.
