FINED $10.05
HANS PAULSON was Monday fined $10.05 when he pleaded guilty to a charge of
speeding. The charge was brought following his accident on the south
Michigan road Saturday evening.

WILL FILED
The will of LEVI GELBAUGH has been filed in which he left a life interest in
this estate to his wife. He then provided for an equal division of the
property among his children, taking into consideration the amounts of money
advanced. ANDREW GELBAUGH was named as executor.

ATTENDED SCHOOL HERE
MAC HAWKINS, who left here in '93, after completing his school work, is now
in the army in Jacksonville, Florida. HAWKINS, who is now 37, has had a
venturesome career. He fought with MADERO in Mexico and was the leader's
private orderly, for the brief time which MADERO spent as President of Mexico.

Mr. and Mrs. ROY LOVE left today for their home in McKeesport, Pa., after
spending the past week with his parents, MARSHAL and Mrs. BRUCE LOVE.
Mrs. MAIER LEVI and FERD HEILBRUN went today to Laporte where they will meet
Mr. and Mrs. SAMUEL HEILBRUN, of Kansas City, MO., and accompany them to
Rochester for a visit.

AGED CATSUP
Mrs. M. RHODA, west of town won a prize of a dozen bottles of catsup from the
Snider Preserve Co. for having a bottle of their catsup 23 years old. I will
be remembered she also had a quilt at the Fulton Co. fair containing between
seven and eight thousand pieces.
