You have a St. Peters Catholic Church history? There are two I know of, one by Lorraine
Galle some years ago, and a recent update by church members, I think last year. I am not
home to cross reference the recent one. Maybe someone else on this forum can quickly
locate information you seek.

Karen: Thanks for your kind offer... I am presently writing a biography of my
reat-grandfather, Martin SAUM [surname spelled variously in Franklin County
ecords, however, as SAM/SAHM/SOHM etc.]. His father was named Adam SAM/SAHM,
nd his mother was Elisabeth [SCHNABLE/SCHNABEL], who was buried in 1849 in the
raveyard next to St. Peter's. The family came from Bavaria [probably from
rosswallstadt-Aschaffenburg area] in 1836, and then came to Franklin County in
837. His siblings were: Catherine, John [Adam], John, Elisabeth, and
gatius?... while Theresia/Therisa, Martin, and Anna Maria/Mary Magaretha [SAHM]
ere born in Franklin County. Martin left the county around 1859/60 and was
aised by the STOKES family in nearby Butler County OH. Any information
egarding the family members is appreciated. My website is:
