Mary Anne and everyone,
That same cemetery information is available on the Franklin County INGenWeb
website:
www.ingenweb.org/infranklin. I believe we have transcribed almost
all of those books. The best thing about using the website is the search
box on the home page so you can quickly find the names you're searching for.
Check it out! (There are 14 pages with BUSALD references and 14 with
references to SAHM.)

I just returned from the Brookville Library. They have some nice books on
the cemeteries in Franklin County, organized by twp and they have on the
them the names of the people if they could make out the names on the
markers. Private cemeteries are even included. It is well worth a trip
down there to investigate.

The State library will have lots of microfilm from Dearborn & Franklin
County. Also catholic church records for those counties. They are open on
Saturdays. They don't have many searchable items on their website.
Plainfield probably has access to Ancestry but won't have the county records
you want.
My grandfather's mother was from Lawrenceville in Dearborn Cty. I saw Busald
in that area also. They all seemed to congregate in the same places when
they left the farm. Some Busalds & Sahms ended up in Beech Grove like my
mom's parents did. My grandparent's were frequent "funeral goers" and I
have
the box of funeral cards that were collected over the years. I have on
Busald and many Sahms.
