Sure, the more people confused the better it is.... They were Isaac Hart and his wife Mary
(Carruthers) Hart. They both immigrated from Ireland, she I have no records on, he was
born in county Armagh about 1780. He is listed as having immigrated in 1817 through
Baltimore. They first (at least Isaac and what looks like a wife and child) in the 1820
federel census.On the 1820 censuys it list it as Towenship: Whitewater County:
Franklin.The 1830 federal census just list Franklin County Indiana. I dont find them on
any later census. I know they were there from other documents though. Mary is listed as
buried in South Gate cemetary there in Franklin County. Isaac is found to have gotten his
citizenship in Franklin County. As I said everything ties them to Whitewater Franklin
County.
