This is for everyone's information.
In September , a grievance was filed by Kris Bane, the county co-ordinator of Union and
Rush County against me
in regards to stealing her files and posting them on the Franklin County INGENWEB site.
Letters were written privately between myself and Kris plus another
on this list, which will remain unnamed. I was called a spammer and other derogatory
remarks by these persons, and Kris published the messages in question on the public
mailing list for INGENWEB. In regards to this, I filed a complaint and today, a decision
was reached by the Grievance Committee for INGENWEB. A portion of the decision is posted
below.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
With regard to your complaint that Kris Bane "unjustly accused" you of stealing
her files, the committee will post a message to the INGenWeb mailing list that reminds all
county coordinators that public flaming or
forwarding of private messages is not allowed on the mailing list.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.
Please be advised my files are my own and when I find
files appropriate for your research, I make a link
to the said URL. Kris had already set up some Franklin Co. files, and she became upset
because I had found
that she had a page set up for INGENWEB on Franklin Co.
That page is now the Rush County website.
I will continue to link to sites that has information that pertains to Franklin Co. There
are copyright
insignias on the material I have posted to the website.
I will continue to be the co-ordinator of Franklin County. I also have gone to the
egroups URL and have seen the derogatory messages posted on the county site.
Even though the people in question names are coded for
privacy, I know who you are.
I am not a follower and I am far from being a leader.
I have a set of values that I go by and I follow my own
drum. If you don't like my site, then that's fine. There is another site you can
go too.
I have said all I will say on this subject.
