My people of interest are Dailey & Miller.
James Dailey (b 1787 NJ) and Mary Ann Miller (b 1791 NJ) married 1811 in Cumberland Co,
NJ.
Their 1st 7 children born in New Jersey, next 3 in Indiana.
Supposedly removed from southern New Jersey to Cincinnati between 1825 and 1827 and then
to Brookville, Franklin Co in 1828.
Mary Ann (Miller) Dailey died (probably in Franklin Co) 1840.
James Dailey died in Franklin Co. in 1849. Have seen his inventory at:
http://departments.umw.edu/hipr/www/inventories/franklin/dailey,james.htm
Would love to find the siblings and parents of James Dailey and Mary Ann Miller. The only
thing I know which isn't proven is that James Dailey's father is James Dailey
probably born in New Jersey and his grandfather is Dennis Dailey coming to America from
Ireland very roughly 1735.
I've seen other Dailey's in the Franklin County 1820 census and wonder if they
could be related to my James Dailey.
