There are 7 or 8 references to each of these names in "Early Settlers of
Indiana's
"Gore" 1803 to 1820" by Shirley Keller Mikesell. Heritage Books, Inc.,
(301)
390-7709. These are mostly land records.

Subject: (FranklinCoIN) My research experience in Franklin County
Randy,
Last year I visited Franklin County Indiana and particularly,
Brookville, Indiana. I have been researching my family tree since 1975.
Although, I am researching the Haymond and Snodgrass family, I have not
found much information. Last year was not my first trip to Brookville
and I plan to go back again sometime. My Haymond and Snodgrass family came
from the western part of Virginia now known as West Virginia
to Indiana about the time Indiana was still called the Indiana Territory.
Last year with the help of a courthouse employee, I found the land record
for Calder Haymond.
