On an 1876 map of Franklin County, it shows a Indian Creek in the lower
eastern section of Metamora Township and the upper eastern section of Butler
Township. It is a branch off of Pipe Creek. Not sure where Miller's Mill
was located.
Also there was another Indian Creek in the upper eastern part of Bath
Township as well.
Not all the creeks in Franklin County are named on this map, so there may be
others in the county that went by that name as well.
One last item, in the 1880s there was a White Rose Flouring Mill in Metamora
that was owned by a A.J. Miller. Not sure if this was the Mill in Franklin
that was owned by a Miller, or what time frame your references are from.
Hope this helps and does not confuse.
Fred

Where is the following land in Franklin Co. Indiana located? Is there only
one Miller's Mill?
"on the waters of Indian Creek, near Miller's Mill."
Thanks
