I have also been researching some Wagoner, Waggoner families do you know if
your Michael Waggoner was from Warren County, Ohio?
I have a Michael Waggoner in Warren County, Ohio who might fit your line? He
was married to Sally Armstrong in 1809.
Unknown for sure if this is the same Michael Waggoner.

I think he's probably a brother. Thank you also for those records, I
didn't have a date for Calvin or Sarah's death.
I had a chance to look in my Waggoner notes and found that a Catherine
Waggoner married married Isaac Waymire in 1852. She was previously married
to Samuel Moore.
The Waggoners have been a research problem. Michael Waggoner was Sarah's
father---I haven't found the name of his spouse or any other information
about him. He had at least 7 children and was living in Fountain County at
a very early date.
The Hester Epperson listed on the 1850 & 1860 censuses was my great-great
grandmother.
