Monday, May 24, 1965 - Crawfordsville Journal-Review -- George Roscoe Keller, 75, of Rt.
1, Marshall, died at 10:41 a.m. Sat. at Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville. he had been in
failing helath one year and seriously ill 10 days. He was born July 17, 1889, near
wallace to Mansona nd Virginia Wilkinson Keller. He was married to Myrtle Fay Hallet at
Wallace Dec 27, 1911. He attended schools ina nd near Wallace and was a carpenter the
past 40 years. Survivors include his wife: five sons, Norman of Rt. 1, Tangier; Harold of
Crawfordsville; Thomas of Marhsall, Paul of Wallace and Bill of Redwood, calif; a
daughter, Mrs. Mildred Ruth Carpenter of Rt 1, Bloomingdale; two brothers, Frank of Rt 2,
Waynetown an Guy of RR Veedersburg; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and nieces and
nephews. He was preceded in dath by three brothers, Hurley, Ira and Dan. Services will be
at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Lutheran Church at Wallace. Rev. John R. Servies will officiate.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery at Wallace. The body will lie in state at the church
one hour preceding the services. Friends may call at the Servies Fun. home in Waynetown.
