Subject: [InFounta] Ruby Ricker
Ruby Ricker, 92, died at 6 a.m., Monday, Aug 4,
in her home east of Wallace, Route 3, Crawfordsville. She owned and operated
the farm where she was born, June 12,
1894, all of her adult life. She had wintered in Seminole, Fla., the past 40
years.
Her first marriage was to Elmer Lee Owens.
He preceded her in death. On
Aug. 20, 1950, she married Harrison L. Ricker.
He died Aug. 7, 1956. She was a member of Phanuel Lutheran Church near
Wallace; Fountain County Farm Bureau, and Fountain County Chorus. Surviving
is
one son, Leland Owens, of Lafayette. Service was Thursday in Waynetown. Star
Tribune, Attica, Indiana, Friday, Aug. 8, 1986
