"Mrs. Enos Fenters Dead"
Mrs. Eliza Elmira Fenters, wife of Enos Fenters, died about five o'clock Monday
morning. Death was caused by cancer of the breast of which she had been a sufferer for
over a year. Mrs. Fenters was an estimable lady and had many warm friends among her
acquaintances. She was 61 years old and leaves a husband and the following children:
Charles, Clinton, and Austin Fenters and Miss Mabel Fenters of this city. [Attica] Mrs.
Charles [Sarah] Dawson who resides near Morocco is a sister of the deceased. The funeral
was conducted Tuesday afternoon.

William Fenters, Mrs. Charles Dawson and daughter, Mrs. Robert Martin, of Morocco and Mrs.
Dawson Lewis of Boswell returned home yesterday after having attended the funeral of Mrs.
Enos Fenters in this city.
[Note: Eliza was the daughter of Jesse and Mary Remick Leeper.]
[Note: Burial took place in Riverside Cemetery, Attica.]
