I wish I had more solid info to go on--the typed transcription
describes the source as merely "the Blue Pencil newspaper." The
article itself mentions "our offices," which sounds at least halfway
professional. But I too an unable to find any such publication, and
the name is distinctly unusual! Wish I had the original clipping . . .

The subject of the article, for anyone who knows the Fountain Co.
Bever family, is the family foghorn/bugle and its history. RM Bever
left it to his son Truman Bever. My grandmother (Lena Bever Boord)
acquired it from him, and my mother (Kathryn Jane Boord South) left it
to me.
