Frank E. Wright
Frank E. Wright, 61, rural Fairmount, Ill., died Sunday
morning, July 20, at his home.
He was born Aug. 6, 1924, in Rantoul, Ill., the son of Roy
and Marie Hyde Wright. He married Elsie Hughes May 25, 1946, in Danville, Ill.
She survives.
He was a veteran of World War II in the Asiatic Theater. He
was retired from Materials Service Corporation in 1982. He was a member of
Local 26 of Danville.
Surviving, besides his wife, are two daughters, Mary Ann
Henderson, Homer, Ill., and Pam Adams, Las Vegas, Nev.; a son, Frank Wright
jr., West ville, Ill.; seven grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Hall and Beverly
Zimmerman, both of Westville, Ill.; Betty McDaniel, Tilton, Ill. And Ilene
Thompson, Covington; four brothers, Leonard and Roger, both of Westville, Ill.;
Robert, Tilton, Ill., and Vernon, Danville, Ill.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Carrington
Funeral Home in Fairmount with Willie Foreman officiating. Brial was in
Sandusky Cemetery east of Westville.
