Crawfordsville Review, Tuesday May 30, 1916 - On Saturday evening May 20, at 6:30 at the
home of Rev. and Mrs. O.P. Cooper was performed the marriage of Glen Rusk and Miss Marie
Snyder (sic), both of Sterling, Ind. The ceremony being performed in the present of only
a few friends. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elsworth Rusk and is a popular and
deserving young man. The bride is the oldest daughter of a well to do and highly
respected family, Mr. and Mrs. John Songer. (sic) The bride wore a dress of embroidered
net over pale blue mesaline and is a graduate of the SGS '15. Marie is an estimable
young lady and has a host of friends. The best wishes of everyone go with them in their
future life. Mr. and Mrs. Rusk will make their home with the bride's parents for the
present but expect to go to housekeeping as soon as their new home is completed.
