Yep, THAT is funny :) I just checked Kellogg on a census so it was my
typing as I typed Kellott - twice :( Something in my brain must connect t's
vs. g's with those letters - I think that's the first time I've ever done

Actually, Kellogg is supposedly derived from "kill hog," presumably
meaning
a butcher, which I find pretty funny as a surname. (No rational reason
for
that--it joins Smith, Chandler, Shoemaker, and a zillion other
occupational
surnames, but somehow "kill hog" seems a bit overly graphic.)
