I would try the New Albany Public Library, they have a great genealogy room!!

I just used their service (see last paragraph) for the first time last month, in the note
back, they say that they can do the scans electronically too!
Their Newspaper database is great too!

.Floyd County marriage licenses covering 1819 to 1920 (on microfilm, with book indexes)
are available in the Indiana History Room.
Because of limited staff time, we can't do research, but will check indexes and
respond to very specific requests sent by mail. Postage money is expected, and up to 8
photocopies per month can be made for 10 cents per copy.
