Subject: [INFLOYD] Berry family in New Albany
Author: bpnichols
I am hoping someone can give me some information on my 3rd great
grandmother's family. Her name was Jane Elizabeth Berry.
The 1850 census has her family as:
Samuel Berry age 53
Elizabeth " age 50
Joseph " age 28
Rufus " age 25
Jane Elizabeth " age 17
Lewis " age 15
Benjamin " age 10
Sarah " age 8
CR Bryant age 24
Mary Ann Bryant age 22
Sometime in the mid 1850's Jane moved to Texas with her brother-inlaw and
sister Mary Ann, where she married Robert Balthrop, sometime after he was
killed in the Civil War she moved to Tennessee with their children to live
with his family. What I am hoping for is Elizabeth Berry's maiden name and
parents and also Samuel Berry's parents names. I appreciate any help anyone
can give to me.
