I have just received word that a Thomas SINEXON (a.k.a. Thomas SINEX) died in Louisville,
Kentucky in December, 1869 and was "buried New Albany-John" ~ ~ the person
sending me this information thought it meant that he was buried near John SINEX but I feel
it meant his body was sent to New Albany for burial or that John SINEX being the Coroner
of Floyd County may have taken care of the burial ~ ~
What other cemeteries are in New Albany other than Fairview? I do have the first 5
volumes of the Fairview Cemetery Lists and this should have covered a Thomas Sinex (or
Sinexon) ~ this is not the same Thomas SINEX who established the Thomas Sinex Vault in
Fairview. But we are trying to establish the relationship between these two men.
All my life I had been lead to believe that Thomas Sinex of New Albany (Sinex Vault) was
the son of Henry Sinex. This lady who has Thomas Sinexon/Sinex says her Thomas is the son
of Henry. So you can see what I am going through <grin>.
Thank you for any help you can give me on "this great debate".
