Anne, I am a decendant of Carl Fetz and we have did research on the Fetz

Her parents Joseph and Mary later moved to Nashville and ran a grocer store

Surname: Watson
-------------------------
I am descended from John C. Watson (b 1810, VA) who lived in New Albany
twp., Floyd Co. from approximately 1814 to 1848 when he moved to Iowa.
His fathers name was Richard Watson, who died 1849/1850. From this death
information (court records) we learned that John had a brother (older we
think)named James who was the excutor of the estate. Added to this that
our John named his 2nd son James, do you think we may be related?
In a New Albany IN obituary for Isabelle Parish Jackson (1916), I have that
her daughter was Mrs. Edward Nill, of New Albany. However, I've not been
able to find Edward Nill listed in the 1900 or 1920 Soundex, nor in any of
the New Albany city directories. It has occurred to me only recently that
the newspaper may have gotten the name wrong -- that it was Hill or Mill.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
