Some pages have a "Click Here if you arrived from someone's frame"
or "Click to escape from frames" link at the top of their page.
You could add this to your page. I never looked to see how they
did the html on this, next time I'll make a note of it.
Better yet, if it is possible or not too inconvenient,
just change the filename of your page, then their visitor's
get the 404 File Not Found Message ;-)
