I agree, Scott. That's pretty much what I intend to do. Monitor the forum
and cut/paste queries that pertain to my county (Noble). But, of course,
that'll only work if the "posters" include the name of the county!

How about those of us who want to use ccHelper go right on doing so. We
are already cutting and pasting the info from e-mail. We can't we cut
and paste from the forum pages as easily? If we change or query link to
the query forum on rootsweb, the ccHelper querry pages could be
maintained without an active link so that ccCentral can still be
updated. The new query forum is nearly maintenance free and is a great
tool from a user perspective. Nothing says a link couldn't be
maintained to ccCentral for the big searches. All we would have to do
is change the link to our query page from the ccHelper pages to the
query forum on rootsweb. No additional space required. The users would
be get the benefit of the real-time query system of the forum and the
availability of data that ccCentral promises to provide.
