I want to throw out a few questions just to see what people think.
Public Records
Has anyone had problems accessing public records at either the
state,
county or town level? Have you had problems with copy costs, time
allowed
for access, or lack of knowledge by government staff of the rights to
access of public records?
Department of Indiana Heritage
Is this a good thing? Will it help or hinder the preservation of
Indiana's history in all it's forms?
I plan on attending the hearings and can report on what is discussed. I
would encourage you to write those on the committee with your views.
