Yea, that's one of the biggest reasons I wanted to impliment the new
system - now my Noble Co. researchers have the benefit of BOTH search
engines. I was really excited with that possibility.

Randy and Judy,
Have you noticed there is a U.S. search available by using the new
system? Type in your surname and you can see if anyone all over the U.S.
has posted anything on your surname anywhere throughout the new system,
providing they are using the new one? I am currently using it in Grant
County and I really like it. I just posted the 1998 queries I already had
with the cut and paste system into it. I may go ahead and do the same for
the 1997 and 1996 ones. It only took me about 10 minutes to put in (I
think) 18. I had about 200 from last year, and I believe it would be worth
the effort. I have made contacts with other researchers already with this
new system. Two in Kentucky last night that had posted one of my surnames.
I never would have found them because I never suspected they had moved on
to
another county. The new system brought them up with the search.
Something
to think about.
Sheila D. Watson/Grant County Coord.
