Randy-
there is an option on the automated query where you can receive your queries
in your e-mail notification so you can also put them into cch1 ....
So you can have the automated query and then use your cch1... also...
I think the option of using both has good qualities...
The automated queries after so many they are archived and can only be
reached b y a search....
You can view all of your cch1 at any time.....
If you chose to print your queries off -- in quantity - you can't do that
with the automated...
just a thought

Okay...after a couple of weeks of trying to decide whether to take my
site over to the new query system I decided to put the decision up to
the people who use my site through my discussion list. I have given
them information that I have regarding both cchelper and the new system
and some of the pros and cons I am seeing with either.
Can someone give me a county or two that is using the new system...
Also if I choose to use both, I will have to change the html sections in
my cchelper to take out the "How to submit query section? but leave the
researcher and surname registry in tact, correct?
I honestly like them both....both have good qualities. One big sticking
point is that I don't like to lose all of the past queries from August
96 to date if I go completely to the new system..
