Lonnie
My greatgrandparents was John H. and Mary Blunk Doolittle. In the census they
were living around the Birdseye,Indiana area. In the household they had 4
children at that time. They had another child in 1905. John died the same year
and the family left that area and went into Vanderburgh Co. around the Evansville
area.
John is buried in Tell City in the Greenwood Cemetery. I made a trip up to
that area a few weeks ago and took a marker with me to put on his grave. Had no
idea he was in an unmarked grave until recently.
You have done fanastic work on the postings on this web. It makes my work a
lot easier from south Georgia. Keep up the great work.
