Yes there is a photograph and a copy may be obtained for a small fee from Malcolm Speirs.
Details are on the FIBIS website if you poke about a little. Here is a link that may take
you the description of this set of records:
If that does not work, repeat your FIBIS search for Arnold Cabral and at the head of the
search results you will see a little green book icon next to the source description
"CMB & Other Data from Original Indian Sources". If you click on that icon
it will take you to an overview of this section of the database (3 datasets in this case)
and you then need to click the plus icon next to "Record Details". This expands
to give a description of the datasets (transcription from photos taken by Malcolm Speirs)
along with contact details so that you can request a copy of the original source photo,
serial number given in the transcription.

I have just seen this on FIBIS. Does this mean there Is a photo? If so how do I view it.
