Hi Shirley,
Thanks for taking a look! Yes, Clouse is definitely something to look out
for. I'll hit it when a little fresher. The dreaded shut eye has arrived
and I'm signing off for now :-)
Virginia
Virginia & Gail,
I wonder if they went under the name of Clouse? I didn't find any Clouser
in
my City Directories but did find several Clouse. Is that a possibility?
Shirley

Hi Gail,
I think I "talked" to you before about illegible names on a census
record.
I'm wondering if you have the right date for Louise
Clouser's marriage
to a
Victor Miller.
If Louise was born 1898, the 1819 marriage date would be incorrect.
Maybe
1919? It might be helpful to know the source of your information.
Do you know where Ida McConnell and a Clouser married? County? State?
Likewise with Louise?
I have done some quick checking and haven't come up with anything yet.
But
it is evening and maybe I'm suffering from the dreaded sleepy
eyes.
No Marriages that "fit" and no birth record for Louise Clouser in
Delaware
County.
Thought I could snag a Clouser married to an Ida, with a 2 yr old
Louise, in
the 1900 Indiana Census, but no luck in Delaware County. I'll
have to
check
the census thoroughly unless you can tell me where this family
might
have
been other than Delaware County.
Hopefully someone else on the list has come up with something,
