AGED YORKTOWN MAN DIES
Joseph Stewart, 73, well known resident of Yorktown died at the home of his son, John
Stewart, in Yorktown, last night at 6 o'clock. Mr. Stewart was (sic) butcher by
trade, and has spent practically all his life in Yorktown. He was a member of the
Yorktown Lodge of Red Men, and the John Stewart Post of G.A.R. Funeral services will be
held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Yorktown Methodist Church, the Rev. Mr.
Harrison being in charge. Interment will be in the Yorktown cemetery. He is survived by
four sons, John , Daniel, Guy and Claude, all of Yorktown, three daughters, Mrs. William
Overmire of Yorktown, Mrs. Claude Crampton of Fort Wayne and Mrs. W.T. Gibbs of Cleveland,
