Well, the question comes up in a person giving up certain rights when guilty of crime.
Checking a recent census might be different than checking public records. It might
compare to sexual offender notifications.

Check out Belinda's recommendation. Some of those names are very
recent! I have no idea how the Dept of Corrections can publish information
that the Indiana State Archives would not be free to provide.
