Mark,
Ball State University's Bracken library has Delaware County existing
probate files (really old ones.) They can be reached via BSU's website,
and they give good service.

Is anyone on this list in a position to do will look-ups in Delaware
County,
Ind.? I found a message in another forum from a distant cousin who
mentioned having a copy of the will of our common ancestor. Unfortunately,
when I e-mailed her, the message bounced back.
The person whose will I would like is David Brown, who died 18 March, 1853
(or '63), and is buried at the Rees Cemetery in Perry Township, Delaware
County.
Thanks in advance.
