Thank you so much for the lookup. I'm surprised there were no Van Matres. I
saw a book at the library on Delaware County that was filled with mentions
of them, but it was a township history and didn't connect families together.
Thanks for the info on the Millers. I think Peter & Mary might be the ones
I'm looking for. My Eliza was born in VA and there was a Simon Miller who
lived close to my Van Matre's in early census records.
