I don't know how far back your Gustin and LeRossignol line is. I took this
from a book I have: "Descendents of Covalt Covault Cavolt" compiled by C.
Richard Covault, 1990.
"Elizabeth Gustin, the d/o John and Mary Gustin, whose Grandfather, Augusta
Jean Gustin arrived in America in 1675. Augusta served in the King Phillips
War. The Owens Parrish. Augusta Jean's father, Edmund Jean, died in 1674, and
his mother, Esther LeRossignol died in 1672. He may have accepted their death
as a good time to sever his ties with France and seek religious freedom in
America."
There is a little more in this book on the Gustins, just let me know if this
is your line. I worked on this line a few years ago, they are my sons family on
his dad's side.
