Mike and all,
Bob Smith who is the caretaker of Jones Cmty and who has the cemetery
books can be reached at (765) 759-8327. If your visiting the cemetery and
you see Bob mowing as I did one afternoon. Ask him to see the books he
usually carries them with him. He's a very very nice man. BUT NOTE: They DO
NOT have record books for the OLD OLD Part. And a lot of the graves in that
part are hard to read if you can at all. I was out there a few weeks ago and
took some pictures of my family that are buried their I think I took a couple
of the general cemetery itself if anyone wants to see what it looks like
email me and I'll attach a copy to an email and send you.

I talked to Pat in the Genealogy Department at the Library today and she
is so helpful and nice. She said the lib. is going to be renovating adding a
new building and there for eventually they will have a BIGGER Genealogy
Department and they are looking for any donations of City
directories,Genealogy Books, Family Histories, Year Books, anything and
everything. She also said no time real soon but eventually they will be
putting the obituary indexes online (but that will take a good while).
Hope this helps some of you.
