When I pulled this page off the HertiageQuest website it states that this image is number 304. So if you are looking for a particular name tell me what it is and I can find the name and give you both side of the pages.

The index, and census description outline on the browse method of Ancestry.com don't give a TWP. It says "not stated" on the 1840 Delaware link for A.com. The census pages have only Delaware OCunty in the margin on the actual census enumeration for the pages that I looked at - I will look again and, if there is a disrtinction, I will repost what I find.
So, I am not sure this is possible, but they are in Hamilton Twp in 1850.

Can anyone claim Alva Applegate? He was born 1870 and shows up in 1900 as a roomer in my grt grandmother's household. She is Mary Jane Stewart Whiting, living with her daughter, Ruth Dickerson, and grandchildren. I know there is an Applegate/Dickerson connection but would like to know exactly who Alva is.
