I don't know a great deal about Shaw genealogy, but I am a descendant of
Matson and Marguerite Shaw through their son, Ralph.

Virginia, thats correct. The spelling is an but I have been told that the last name was changed
on my line from an to on. It may have been my gggrandfather that changed it. He was on the 1860
census with a John and Sarah. His name was John W. Drennan/on. I need to see if anyone can
connect. John W. lists his place of birth as Indiana and his parents as Kentucky on the 1880
census in Wyandotte Co Kansas. I know he came through LeClade Co. Missouri abt 1867 as my
ggrandfather Thomas E. was born there. Any help would be appreciated with his ancestors.

Hi ALl. I have been getting a slew of messgaes wondering about the
queries. Back in October I changed teh queries system to an auto system,
where the query is posted when you send it. This helps me, with 4
counties, to get them up in a timely manner. Still some of you have
saved a bookmark to the query page. Doing this, you miss any new things
that have been added to the site.
Anyway here is the address to the auto query system. Please if you have
bookmarked the old query page, bookmark the main page. You never know
what you may miss.
