Hello group!
I just started yet another project on my own genealogy website, a genealogy
WebRing, and would like to take this moment to invite any of you out there
who have a website to join in.
What's a webring? Well, it basically is the linking together of similar
websites....like "genealogy only" sites.
Through navigation links found most often at the bottom of Member pages,
Visitors can travel all or any of the sites in a Ring. They can move through
a Ring in either direction, go to the next or previous site, or list the next
five sites in the Ring. They can jump to a random site in the Ring, or survey
all the sites that make up the Ring.
It can increase traffic to your pages too because the more places the site is
listed, of course the more people will have a chance to go there.
I just started it the night before last and the Indiana List is the only
other place I've mentioned it, so it basically only contains my own projects
so far. But with your help it will grow quickly!
Ok where is it?
